We help young people gain the skills they need to shine bright

It’s exciting being involved with us. We believe that through everyday adventure, young people regularly experience new challenges that enrich their lives and meet lifelong friends through Scouting.

Welcome to 1st Braughing Scout Group

Based in the villages of Braughing and Puckeridge and part of the Ware Scout District, we are an active successful scout group in East Herts; every week over 100+ young people aged 6-14 from Braughing, Puckeridge and the surrounding villages join us to experience everyday adventure and take part in our top quality Scouting programme.

Our thriving and active Scout Group has a dedicated leadership team who produce exciting programmes for young people of the area, teaching life skills as well as having plenty of fun along the way! We partake in regular weekly meetings, camping trips and day activities.
